You all know I love a good craft project and what makes an even better craft project is when I can involve my kiddos. They love it when we sit around the table, create, make a mess, laugh a lot, and end up with something to show off, or put to use.

Dollar Tree is a great place to find all we need for our craft projects without dropping a bundle of cash. You can find just about whatever you need in the store, or online at DollarTree.com. There are so many projects we have been able to complete with little out of pocket, thanks to Dollar Tree!

And now, Dollar Tree is making crafting easier with their Dollar Tree Value Seekers Club. There’s lots of crafting ideas, recipes, decor, tips, insider information, frugal fun ideas, and more though Dollar Tree Value Seekers Club. Membership is free and content changes each month. They even provide you with a project sheet you can print off and take to the store with you as a shopping list. That is my kind of crafting!

DIY Santa & Elf Silverware Sleeves

The kids and I created some Santa & Elf Silverware Sleeves which will be perfect for our Christmas Dinner Feast. Or, I may even let the kiddos have a little party and use the Silverware Sleeves as a favor. Sometimes dressing up any old regular week night meal can make things feel special. These sleeves are the perfect way to dress up the table for any Holiday party.

Dollar Tree craft supplies

All that is required to make the silverware sleeves is some foam craft sheets, glue, markers and paint – all available at Dollar Tree. You can personalize the silverware sleeves by adding glitter glue, sequins or whatever you like to add some zip or creativity to the project. I tried to find whatever sparkly holiday objects I could to make the buttons on the Santa & Elf sleeves pop!

Once you’ve assembled the sleeves per the directions from the Dollar Tree Value Seekers Club, and allowed everything to dry, just slip in a folded napkin, along with silverware (or plastic flatware for a more casual party) and you are party ready!

    The Dollar Tree is perhaps my favorite store. It is truly my go to store for crafting supplies, office supplies, cleaning supplies, and even small toys when my 3 year old has done something to get a special little treat! A $100 gift card to the Dollar Tree would be beyond awesome! Oh and I also use it to get little projects for the kids I work with in a daycare!

    Ooh, this is actually exciting! I am at Dollar Tree at least once a week. It is my absolute go to in order to “fill in the gaps” that could happen day to day being a mommy to a 23 month old. From craft and art projects, to motor skills activites, the occasional little “gift”, stocking stuffers, birthday party needs, etc. Dollar Tree keeps me covered!!!!!
